Wednesday Drop-In

The Wednesday Drop-In operates at Trinity Centre from 10.00am to 1.00pm. There are three elements to the Wednesday Drop-In:

• Work Club
• Help and advice from a variety of organisations
• Credit Union

Work Club

Our partners in the local Job Centre has encouraged us to set up a Work Club geared to supporting and providing practical help to people who are seeking paid or voluntary work. The principal practical help is assisting in the preparation of CVs and the completion of application forms. Informal mentoring - listening and encouraging - can also make a valuable contribution for some people. 

Drop-In help and advice

A range of organisations and agencies provide advisors and information at Trintiy Centre every Wednesday morning to help anyone who turns up. The organisations include Citizens's Advice Bureau, Linx Housing and others that can address housing, debt and personal security issues. 

Credit Union

Credit Union is a co-operative venture which provides a secure and easy way to save and an affordable way to borrow. Volunteers (wo)man the Credit Union operation at Trinity Centre every Wednesday morning. See further information at Credit Union.
